great customer service

I mistakenly missed the return deadline by a day and customer service generously offered me an exception and allowed a return with a refund. I had to return part of my order due to sizing but the quality of the dresses are amazing and I absolutely love the one that I am keeping. Highly recommend Showpo!

I made a mistake while ordering so I contacted them to enquire about canceling the order. The issue was very promptly resolved and I was able to reorder the items I wanted. Cant wait for them to arrive :)

I’m from Portugal and I ordered a dress from Showpo for my brothers wedding. The dress is exactly like the photos and it’s stunning. I ordered last Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday. I was a little bit worried about the size of the dress because the only size available was 36 and usually I wear 34 but turns out it was exactly my size! Fits perfectly! Thank you so much!

exchange was so difficult

I got a dress size 8, it was way too big so I had to get it returned for store credit (still charged me to get the new dress) got my store credit and used that to get the smaller size. Checked my bank account and they took the whole amount off. Just so much trouble for one dress and I do love the dress but why do you make it so difficult to shop? and why do I need to spend hours on the phone to sort out 1 exchange of the exact same dress?
