Great shuttle service

Great shuttle service, only issue we had was finding the desk when we landed! Call to the office to arrange the pick up was easy and we received a swift call back to confirm pick up times. Pick up was on time, no issues.

Good service except for the delay

The driver was nice, the van better than anticipated. The only problem was the delay, we were on time at the meeting point but we had to wait 45min for a driver

Great service!

All great, pick up in timely manner both ways as well as friendly staff. Just two things that could be improved. First, there should be no need for printing the tickets/vouchers these days (one way the driver didn't even want it and the same way he had the details on his device we have the info on ours). Second, email or text could just be sent regarding return trip pick up time and place instead of us having to call the service provider.

Shared coach Lanzarote

We got a coach to and from the airport in Lanzarote. Friendly drivers, clean and air conditioned coaches. The bus was 10mins early to collect us leaving the hotel, we were in the middle of checking out and the driver waited for us.

Great service

Great service! Instructions in the email on what to do after landing were very clear! Was directed to the bus stop and bus left immediately for the resort! Absolute bargain - Lanzarote Airport to the hotel door in Playa Blanca for €10!Would highly recommend!

Good pickup on time there and back will use again .just one thing they need to tell you what company is picking you we we're looking for Shuttle direct but it was bus company Barvo .But the assistant rang me on my mobile so put your number in when you book
