Review Time
We arrived on the 23/10 /2025 to Alicante , a party of 9 family member one who is elderly and disabled , the driver was great , and waited over 40 mins for other tourist to arrive , we gave him a tip however on the 30/10/2025 our return to uk it says meeting time 08.25 , arrive early , no leaving time ? Our accommodation was 200 yards from the bus stop , we arrived at 08.26 we saw the only bus leaving ?? We waited a minute and then called to be told that was our bus he arrived at 08.25and left at 08.26!! And drive right past all 9 passengers 9 suitcases, bags and a wheel chair , we was told they cannot help ?? Omg it’s before 9am so no local taxis , we had to pay £212 for 2 uber vans ,I complained at the airport and we have complained vid email , and got no results only they take no responsibility. AVOID!!!
