Our journey was perfect

Our journey was perfect. Our flight was a little late arriving but the coach and driver was there to waiting for us. On our return, our coach was even 6 min early collecting us from our apartment. A lovely driver and a great journey back to the airport. Thank you Shuttle Direct

We were left stranded at the airport…

We were left stranded at the airport Driver did not turn up he said he waited but was a lie as we got the coffee shop to phone and they said thay were on there way another lie we waited 2 hours and had to get a taxi.the return journey was the same checked on the morning of the departure again did not turn up we are 2 people over 70 and we're stranded
