Second time ordering from here, my candle holders and knife set are beautiful. Lovely customer service even when I needed to change the delivery address. My bad for inputting it incorrectly. Will absolutely be using again. Thanks guys xx
Avoid! Took payment for items that that didn't have stock of. They're customer service nmtel number advises you that they're busy and to call back another time and then drops your call. It took me 3 weeks to get an email response and I'm still waiting for my card to be credited.
Order placed 30.9.22, was supposed to ship within10-14 days. Reached out via e-mail, twitter, finally phoned after 17 days had passed with no update or shipping confirmation. No reply. Money of course taken straight away. Will now look into raising a case with paypal. Avoid.
Ordered a bedroom light looked amazing had an electrician put it up for us and it wasn't untill we had a bulb in that we noticed that all the glass was cloudy and marked sent phots off to siver mushroom only to be told there is nothing they could do as it had been fitted so disappointed the light cost over £100 and now we have to pay for a replacement light and some one to take it down and fit a different light will not be shopping with this company again.
