Found this company online after trying to find a standard lamp. So glad I found them. Gorgeous lamp, beautifully packed and I’m so pleased with it. Plus they are in Lancashire where I came from, and I will check out their lovely items again. Happy to support a local company. 😁💕
I purchased a dining table and had a problem, customer services are without a doubt the best I have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble, I was kept informed along the way with delivery dates etc. Special mention to Keira who went above and beyond in her support. I have purchased other items from this company and have had not problems at all, good quality and a little bit different from the crowd.
I received a first class service from Silver Mushroom. I bought a bench from them and spoke to an extremely helpful person before my item was dispatched who even took the trouble (without my requesting it) to take a photo of the item before it left their warehouse. Smooth delivery ensued, good communication and a gorgeous complimentary room spray was thrown in to round off an excellent first experience of ordering from this company. I’ll be back!
Can’t recommend this company enough. Their products are quality and look gorgeous. Pati in Customer Service has recently gone above and beyond to help me out with a replacement lid which I needed after my husband accidentally chipped the new one I had.
