Bad communication about any issues

I emailed to query one of my items that appeared to contain rot and they just never got back to me. Otherwise the products are lovely. It was just one item I had an issue with and I believed it to just be bad luck - sometimes items can be faulty. The biggest disappointment is the disregard and ignoring my attempts to email them. If you get non faulty items then fab. If you run into issues then you’ll see if just another company that doesn’t care about customer relations, they have the money and that’s where it ends for them.

Helpful and personal service

My order was delayed from their supplier and so I was upgraded to next day delivery which did help. It is nice that you can actually get to speak to someone and their business is not just carried out via email which is slow and impersonal

Faulty item, very poor costumer service

I ordered a stool, I built it, and it was faulty. The seat part didn’t fit to the legs, was completeley misshaped. I requested costumer service a pick up and a full refund for the faulty item. I was told they are unable to organise a pick up, although I mentioned I do not own a car, and our drop off point quite far. I am elderly and they were expected me to walk with a built chair on my back to a drop off point, after sending a faulty item ??I ended up buying some carpenter tools and fixed myself. All for extra cost of mine of course. Not to mention the delivery was long, 11 days ( says 2-7 on the website) . Quality control and costumer service needs improving.

Wonderful niche finds!

Items were delivered carefully protected. They were beautiful and are lovely additions to our home. My favourite are the little tea pots-now I can get more tea from one bag. Perfect!

My goods still haven't arrived and I have been chasing for several weeks now. A disappointing experience and something of a mystery as to the whereabouts of my order.Update - in response to your reply. Despite telling me someone would contact me yesterday I was not contacted. I have emailed you again and still no reply. Please could you respond as promised.

Love love love this company!

Love love love this company! Had many orders from them in the past, and my last order did not disappoint. Amazing products, wrapped and packaged safely. Had a query before I placed the order and the customer service I received was friendly and very helpful. Order was delivered on time and all in one piece. Will 100% be buying from them again.
