Review Time
Ordered a set of Mason Cash bowls, three out of four were marked, scratched, chipped and had poor paint work, they look like seconds but it definitely doesn’t state this on the website. Sent an email straight away and received no response. Sent a second email asking for someone to contact me…nothing. Really poor customer service. Avoid.
Superb service, great products and competetive prices.Having looked around for a gift in a particular product range I came across Silver Mushroom. Not only did they carry a great range, their prices were the best I found too. A large Dept store site offered to price match if I found the items that I was wanting cheaper elsewhere but to be honest why not give the business to a small "British" business that was already cheaper - plus they were also offering free delivery. I had to call the Company to rectify a mistake that I had made when ordering and spoke to a lovely and helpful lady who sorted the issue promptly. I also chose the ordinary free delivery as time was not am important factor for me and was amazed when it was delivered within two days!!! Absolutely sterling service.I will definitely be back.
Quite addicted to this lovely company after so many great purchases, especially my mugs, platters and glasses. My 'big retail' shopping days are so over. Quirky, unique product. Real, helpful and genuinely customer-centric people. Small local businesses every time for me now. Can't wait for the sale now. Bring on Christmas shopping....
Absolutely fantastic company. Bought a smeg kettle and toaster and the service was great by all the team at silver mushroom. I contacted them after buying the kettle to see if I could get the toaster to match, they said it was out of stock but as soon as it was back in they would contact me and they were true to what they said. When it came in they contacted me and I purchased the toaster as soon as contact was made. Everything they said they delivered on. It really does make a change to have complete confidence in a company. I would recommend silver mushroom to everyone and will continue to buy from them. *I would like to add a comment and update my review about Silver Mushroom. The delivery has not arrived but the service from their work colleague, Hilary has been excellent. She has kept me fully updated. The order was cancelled and reissued and has arrived. Thank you . I feel confident using your company in the future.I have ordered from this company. Paid for next day delivery. My purchase has still not arrived. I have tried to track the parcel and contact the company but there seems to be multiple issues with their website.I'm hoping to still get my purchase delivered ..But I'm not feeling confident. I will not use this company again.
