Simply easy!

The process was easy the frames are great over $100 cheaper for the same frames at pearl vision. Cindy was also very responsive and would I do this again? Absolutely and I will try lenses next time!

Everything went perfectly, if not a little slowly

Glasses took longer than I expected to arrive (they, evidently, didn't process my order for a while), but were perfect when they got to me.

Great experience

My order was backorderd so took longer but they told me upfront

Price was competitive and quality of frames, lenses and craftsmanship excellent - I was concerned about getting glasses "mailed" to me from specs i sent in - but results are great.

Just a few bumps in the road

First pair were shipped with the magnetic sunglass clip half clipped to the front of glasses. this caused some scratches on lenses. They were more than willing to replace the lenses but unfortunately I had to send the glasses back in but they did start the new lenses before I sent the glasses in so I would be without my glasses for less time. Overall a good experience once we got past the shipping error.
