Warning; it takes 24hrs to receive esim

Thanks for letting me know AFTER paying money, that it will take 24 HOURS!!!! To receive esim. I dont need it after 24hrs i need it now thats why i ordered it ONLINE in the first place.Aaand my prepay has been rejected because i didnt want to give all my personal details. The email they sent conveniently doesnt mention how to get my money back. God this company is AWFULUPDATE: it keeps getting better, besides this generic reply i got under my comment, i got an email saying it may take up to THREE WEEKS to send the €5 back to me. This is comedy

Useless, they are not clear about their refund policy. There are better alternatives, so don’t get fooled by bot messages rating 5 stars, save your money and time :)

Long order times

Prices are nice, ordering an eSIM was easy. But the mail you get after ordering says you will receive your number and installation information within 24 hours after ordering. I contacted them after not receiving it within that timeframe. They told me to wait because their department that is responsible for this was not present (???). After 2 days I still haven’t received my business number, the frustration purely comes from the lack of service. Even if this was mentioned on the website I would been fine with waiting but that is not the case.
