Simyo is always working fine

Simyo is always working fine, and the website/App is easy and good.However, contacting them is only possible with WhatsApp. WTF Simyo? Facebook owns WhatsApp: a criminal organisation convicted many, many, times on ALL continents!! The only other possible way is at the forum, where they say they'll answer within a day--it turned out to be two weeks later.Use Signal!

Apparently buying a prepaid eSIM from Simyo requires NASA-level identity verification. Meanwhile, every phone shop can give the same prepaid in three seconds without drama. I spent more time fighting Simyo’s automated system than actually using a phone. Impressive — but not in a good way.

bad connection

it's actually quite terrible as the connection ain't stable and sometimes even i'm in the city and it's not crowded, i still have no connection for 5-10mins. Can't really tell when it'd lose the connection and it's rather random. It can be in the morning, afternoon or evening.
