Shocking company with even worse customer services! If there was a 0 star option they would get this! Quick to take my money. Explained I needed the shed ASAP as have expensive equipment currently sat in my garden. Guy gave me a date for delivery which was the day I was due to go on holiday. Guy on phone advised delivery would be AM before 12 and also went on to say I was first drop. I said ok long as this is fact as I had to leave at 12 for holiday. Day of delivery nobody here by 11.30 I call up and am told delivery truck is on another drop over 40 miles from me with other drops before me. Told they would see if anything could be done to get it to me before 1pm (the latest I could possibly wait). Nobody called back and they arrived at 1.15pm too late. Fast forward 4 days nobody called me to arrange a new date so I called and asked for a new delivery date asking if it could be done ASAP as they missed my drop time and also that I have expensive equipment just sat in garden. Told a manager would call back.. no call just a message to say new delivery date would be over a week later! Called to ask if anything could be done and was met by a women who constantly interrupted me while speaking and also spoke over me with a no can do attitude even though they were at fault throughout this whole process. This company just tell you what you want to hear to get your money from you and then do as they please to suit them with zero concerns for the customer. Absolute disgrace of a company and highly advise you avoid them like the plague!
I am extremely pleased with my Skinners shed.I researched many other options but realized Skinners were far better quality and sturdier.I was impressed by the skill and efficiency of the team delivering and installing the Potting Shed in April 2025.
From initial conversation to purchasing and then installing our summerhouse I cannot fault Skinners Sheds. The whole process has been seamless, every member of staff we have dealt with has been efficient and courteous.The guys that put our summerhouse together were fantastic, there were logistical issues with the location of our summerhouse, but it was dealt with professionalism.I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase from this company.
Recently had a log effect summer house from Skinners Sheds. Firstly had a base put done which they put together very promptly arriving early on the day arranged did an excellent job and they were very tidy and no mess left behind.On the day the summer house was due, two guys arrived on time and very professionally put together the summer house, they knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job exactly as you would expect.Overall we have been very pleased with the service and advice received from Chris at the Crowborough site, and the smooth way everything went from start to finish. Really pleased with the way the log effect summer house looks finished in the walnut stain.
very happy with the pent shed. Exactly what we wanted. I have had comments from both family and friends on how good it looks.Will certainly recommend to others.We are possibly looking at a new gardening shed so will definitely return to skinners
