Difficult to Reach Customer Support

I can't seem to get in touch with anyone. The representative I was communicating with hasn't responded in over half an hour. No one is replying to help me with my refund or to process my order. This is the third time I've encountered issues, and it will definitely be the last. Edit: My order was completed nearly three hours after I placed it. I'm very dissatisfied. I opted for Express service, yet it still took three hours for a small quantity of gold. The support team left me on hold for an extended period. I won't be returning to this service.

Paid for behaviour score boosting in dota 239.38$

I paid on 03.12.2025.

I started on 6450 behaviour score, and 24 days later I was 6100 behaviour score with lp. Oh and they told me I would be 12000 in 10 days during sales before I made the purchase. So just straight up lied.

They also played on EU when I asked for SEA.

That’s like paying for food but instead of giving you food they steal the apple from your bag.

They also refused to give me a refund.

Happy to provide evidence of screenshots and my dotabuff as proof.

Only reason i chose this website is because sales said it'd be completed in 10 days. Other websites say 50 days and they're more expensive. Lesson learned, if it's too good to be true it's scam

Disappointing Experience with the Service

After placing several orders to achieve a rating before the season ended, I was eagerly awaiting my final 100 rating. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver before the ranks reset, rendering all my spending pointless. They assured me they would rectify the situation but never followed through. Instead, they offered gold farming as a solution rather than a refund or what I originally requested. The company seems untrustworthy, and the customer support often feels automated. Their responses are typically generic, and I had to reiterate my issue multiple times daily. I ended up losing money, time, and rewards when they could have easily refunded me, allowing me to use another platform. They kept assuring me it would be resolved right up until the season concluded. Truly frustrating business practices with no accountability.

This platform is extremely disappointing.

To be honest, this platform is extremely disappointing. They sold the account I intended to purchase and then attempted to substitute it with low-quality accounts that were completely different from what I had paid for. When I sought a refund, they continuously changed the support staff handling my request, which only caused further delays. Eventually, I was instructed to contact their accounting team for the refund, but they never replied. Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a total waste of time. I do not recommend using this platform.

This service is headed for failure!

This service is headed for failure! I was treated poorly from the very beginning by the representative. They requested access to be granted, and I complied, only for them to immediately claim I had done it incorrectly without providing any clarification on their actual needs... Extremely rude! Once I gained access to the account and logged in, they altered a setting, preventing the intended items from dropping at all! I was never consulted about any changes to the settings or anything similar... And the cherry on top! Items that had dropped during their handling of the account were DELETED from my account! I provided screenshots to demonstrate what was dropped, yet they are stalling and not resolving the issue by assigning another representative to recover what was lost and to set up the drops as I originally intended! Update: While I was composing this, they contacted me stating their team was investigating this, for the third time now! ALL THEY DO IS PASS THE RESPONSIBILITY AROUND! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! JUST DISGRACEFUL!

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I purchased a service on Monday at 16:20, and now it's 01:10 on Tuesday night—my order has yet to be assigned or delivered. I've contacted the support team for a refund, but they continually suggest alternative services or store credit, which I have explicitly stated I do not want. The response time in the chat ranges from 30 to 45 minutes for each reply. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I sincerely hope to receive my order eventually, or at least a refund.

Terrible experience with this company

I was cheated out of my money, misled, and received no service. They refused to issue a refund and attempted to push me into accepting store credit. The only communication I received was an email to 'request a refund' after I mentioned involving authorities. Extremely disappointing experience.

Terrible experience with the service

I paid for the service but after two days of being redirected, I had to resort to disputes through my card. Each interaction with different chat representatives was unhelpful. I switched to a different platform and received delivery in just 30 minutes. I strongly advise against using this service; it feels like a complete scam, and I suspect the positive reviews are paid for by the company.
