literally the worst customer service i have been told "just wait a little longer" my order hasnt been started and at this point i dont think it will. i have reached out to their "customer account" team for a refund but still no one has messaged/emailed me. a bunch of scammers who just want you to hit top priority on your order to get you extra 12 dollars to SCREW you over.
My order has still not been canceled, and my cancellation request continues to be ignored.
I only receive responses after posting reviews on Trustpilot. The two responses I received from the accounting team both came shortly after I submitted Trustpilot reviews. Outside of that, my emails and follow-ups go unanswered.
Despite repeatedly making it clear that the service is no longer needed due to the delay, I continue to be told that a pro has been assigned. This is no longer relevant. The delay in finding a pro (which took approximately a week) made the service unnecessary.
I was under the impression that the order had already been canceled, yet more delays continue.
I have been told that refunds take 5–10 business days after initiation. It has now been six business days, and the refund has still not even been initiated.
Absolutely terrible site. I use other gaming platforms such as eldorado and a few others from discord. I have a separate account with Skycoach for FIFA (as this is all they’re good for) but I tried cod boosting this time. Worst mistake I have ever made ever. I paid close to £18, fold it would be 15 mins to 1 hour start time… (I know you’ll respond saying games new etc and working on getting pros etc) that’s not a me problem. That’s a you problem. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE
Pro then gets assigned after a day, since then my SR is higher and the pro fumbles and doesn’t respond. I reach out for a refund as I no longer needed this, weekend was almost over and the timeframe was not met. I get told refunds take UP TO 10 DAYS. 10 WORKING DAYS LOL & that it would be quicker to get a pro assigned. More than 15 times I asked for a refund and they kept brushing it off. Asking me if I wanted a credit note etc. I say no and they say why, I say yes and they say let’s get a pro assigned. Worse site I’ve ever used. I am going to advertise everywhere so that everyone knows they’re scammers and liars. Facebook posts, instagram posts, their YouTube sponsor posts. EVERYWHERE. best believe I have nothing but time and I’m a salty person when done wrong to.
Their staff are complete weirdos and cannot help you in any department. Please avoid losing money to this site and shop around first. I’ll inform you all on any updates from my case but right now they have until tomorrow before I put a claim in with the bank
Purchase items from these guys. Says 10 to 15 minutes start time. 2 days later I am still waiting on these items. I even paid for "express" service and instead of being express they told me they were busy and that i should buy the "super express" I am not waiting on a refund and will not purchase from these guys again!!!

I’ve used SkyCoach multiple times for WoW services and every order has been smooth. Delivery was on time (often faster than expected) and communication was clear throughout. The PRO I worked with was friendly, professional, and kept me updated without me having to chase. Overall, reliable service and I’ll keep using them.
I worked with them for one month and I did more than 30 orders and all customer was happy , pay tips , give me 5 starts review then for one unhappy customer who insulted and I reply to him in rude way they did not pay me 250$ and they blocked my account . they are unprofessional and not honest. never trust them . I sent them many emails for having an explaining what will happen to my money but they not responding as Fraud company. I do not recommend anyone work with them.

i worked as a pro. this website is full of scammer they will let treat you so good at early and will give u so many orders at the starting when they take your work and when its time for the withdrawal they will start ignoring you and will ban your account

In short none of them know wtf is going on and they take so long to get back to you.
And after callin them out on the bullshit the agent just stopped responding.
They make excuses like "If you did not get any reply it seems HR can't purchase your account" or "HR will contact you in 7 - 14 days in Discord" or "They’ll get back to you as soon as they can, in the order of the queue." or "I'm sorry, we do not take those decisions and we do not review those accounts, that is done by another department and I would assume there are multiple requests in the line for account selling which is why it takes longer"

Well if you look at skycoach web site they claim they buy high levels and mid levels account WHICH I AM A HIGH LEVEL ACCOUNT what type of bullshit excuse was that.
