Review Time
I am a repeat customer. I originally purchased the 2 adjustable king size pillows. We LOVED them!!!! So, we decided to purchase everything!!! We bought 4 new adjustable pillows, cotton silver infused sheets, comforter, and duvet cover. My review isn't not complete because all of my items have not been delivered. After patiently waiting more than a week for shipping information I reached out to customer service. Customer service then informed me that my comforter was on back order. I am still waiting for shipping information. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed the order.
I had a great experience with Sleepgram. I mistakenly ordered 2 pillows but somehow clicked 2. I had 2 too many. They were great and I had no problem returning my miss order. They dealt with the problem quickly and effectively. On top of all this the pillow is great!! It’s helping me avoid stiff necks and just a better sleep. Thanks Sleepgram.
I ordered one king sheet set. Told the pillows were free with this offer. Instead of a king I got a queen set I DID NOT ORDER that had a protection policy added to it but didn't receive the king set. I was charged over $400 and when I contacted customer service all they said was I ordered both sets and never even addressed the fact I didn't even receive a king set so how do I get a full refund if I can't return a set I never got? Don't want to offend anyone but who in the world takes a protection or warranty policy on a set of sheets for an extra $19 and why would a person protect the less expensive set and not the more expensive? Someone dropped the ball and now I'm disputing the king set and asking for a return method and refund on the queen. BTW, I DON'T HAVE A QUEEN BED! It's just my husband and me in a big old CRAFTMATIC king bed. Went to Sleepgram site again and it said I don't have any orders.
Getting a little concerned I made 2 orders with this company on the same day on 8/15/24 to the same address. 1st order was under was a few hundred bucks, and it arrived via fed x in few days. 2nd order was over $1000.00, couple set of sheets, I was told nothing was on back order, and here it will the the 26th tomorrow 11days latter, and I have heard nothing. No fed x tracking #, nothing, I emailed them 3 days ago on Thursday, got an automated response say they got the email and they are checking into it. No customer service repley email as of yet telling me what is going on, or if they have solution for this problem. I heard great things about this company, however now I’m getting a little concerned.
I can't get over how amazing my bamboo sheet sets are in terms of both price and quality. My husband is absolutely thrilled with them, and I've already recommended them to friends and family. I plan to purchase more and continue enjoying the exceptional quality I've come to expect.
