Review Time
I have used this service for a year (then I retired) and it was quite beneficial to me. The service provided is exactly what I needed at the time. I wish I would have known about it earlier! Additionally, I have always received timely responses to questions.
My subscription was due to renew. I contacted SmallPDF to cancel, they said they couldn't find a subscription associated with my account. Subsaquently I was charged an annual fee of £80.00 to renew!! I have contacted them three times to request a refund as i was wrongly charged. Not 1 person has responded! Avoid if you don't want to be overcharged for a subscription you didn't even want!
Smallpdf.com came to me recommended by the clerk of the Illinois Appellate Court. I have found it to be reliable and user-friendly, relatively intuitive - which is good for a user such as I, whose skills are not in technology.
The tool is easy to use and useful. Customer support is responsive and helpful.I gave it four stars because they charged me after my trial for a whole year ahead. But I emailed them and the issue was resolved. They could have sent a reminder though.
