Wonderful customer servicesI enrolled services by mistake.Although amazing but it was not my requirement so I contacted customer care for refund.After initial decline the team finally agreed to refund my amount inspite of my mistake of going beyond the deadline of cancelling subscription. They scam you! You cancel your free subscription and they still charge you 90 Euros! Stay away!!!! After much arguing they tried to delete this! And later on said they would refund me 82€ which would take 1-2 weeks per PayPal (sure..) Now, they say they won't do it! STAY AWAY! THEY BLOCK YOU ON FACEBOOK. DISGUSTING SCAM
Downloaded software to change 1 pdf , 7 days trial but still had to give bank details , on 7th day they took £81 out my bank have told them to cancel it and they cancelled the original £1 debit but now refusing to refund my money do not use this software , awful customer service

AWFUL. Do not sign up to any free trial, they will entrap you and make you think your signing up to something your not. Their services are so bad anyway, it didn’t even work, it messed up all of my files. Do NOT trust. Signed me up for a yearly subscription that I will never ever use. STUPID
