Like a few people here, I had signed up for the trial and then neglected to cancel before it ended. I had also - stupidly - signed up for the annual sub, and my card was charged the £81. Silly me saw a pending transaction on my credit card and thought it was an expected refund (sigh).I threw myself on the mercy of customer services and they - in particular, Michelle - were brilliant and agreed to refund the annual fee as a gesture. I'm so grateful, I only needed the facility for a single document, the only reason I didn't cancel immediately is that I considered I might need to resign as it's kind of difficult to keep signatures consistent when using a mouse to sign!Using the actual PDF downloader and signature features were perfectly fine, easy and intuitive.
I signed up for a free week trial after a quick google search and found that this tool was perfect for a few small amends I needed to make to a pdf file. Typically, I then forgot I had signed up and a week later, the annual fee was taken from my credit card… eek!I contacted the support team who were really kind and after a quick conversation over email, they were generous enough to offer me a refund of the annual fee.Acts of human decency and kindness like this go a long way and I’m so grateful to the support team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
After the first free subscription, I was unable to cancel and was automatically charged a fee. I emailed SmallPDF to request a refund for subscription cancellation. I received a reply email right away and said they would give me a refund. Although it was my responsibility to agree to automatic payment, I was grateful that they refunded me right away, and I had greater trust in SmallPDF. Thank you very much.
