The watch I was sold is faulty

The watch I was sold is faulty. At first a customer service provider was emailing to try and help solve the problem. Now after a full week no one is responding to my emails and I just want my money back. This was supposed to be a Xmas present

I did not expect such high quality of the watch for £40. This company has proven that it can be done cheap! Sich a relief when trying to save every penny.I got back to them and also bought wireless charger that is very very cool.Thanks!!

Dreadful!

Dreadful!! Ordered a charging station for my phone, watch & AirPods. One of the charging points got stuck in my phone within 2 weeks, I emailed explained the problem and they decided I had used in their words “excessive” force to get my phone out of the charger, which was not the case, initially I asked for a replacement which was denied, I think it was denied because all of their products must be cheaply made and break easily. Awful product, awful customer service, avoid avoid avoid!! Much better products available for similar pricing.

Great experience

Great experience , watch is nice and very accurate. I am using it for my triathlon training. So swimming biking and running anf this watch is managing it all.Delivery was very quick too.I would recommend to everybody.

Had a great experience buying a watch BUT

Had a great experience buying a watch, very helpful and even changed it when the watch I ordered did not have a feature I exoected. BUT the watch after a few weeks stopped charging, I have emailed 3 times and not getting anyone coming back to me to resolve the issue, Can not find a phone number to ring and hoping they see this and get back to me

Great gift for my partner

Great gift for my partner! I got him army watch for christmas. He absolutely loves it. Probably the best gift I have ever given.Battery lasts 3-10 days and he can also make calls. He is a builder and wears it every day.Delivery only took 2 days.Thanks!

Bad purchasing experience

Purchased an S21 watch for my girlfriend in rose gold. When it arrived it wasn't rose gold colour but standard gold finish. Screen couldn't be dimmed at night, so sleep monitoring mode was pointless as it kept us both awake. Arranged return. The RMA returns process was awful, I was lied to by their customer services. Firstly told 7 day refund window, then 14 day refund window. Eventually received partial refund. Same watch available on Amazon for over 50% less! Stay away from this company.Note: Since submitting this review, I have received a threat from Trustpilot to take my review offline, unless I provide further details within 3 days which I have. It's a shame that sellers try and silence genuine reviews (albeit bad reviews) rather than improve their awful service. I am now considering closing my TrustPilot account as it is clear they trust the sellers more than the customers!Another additional note:In response to the reply from SFL. You are a blatant liar! I have documentary evidence that I received a "partial" refund. Do you really wish me to embarrass you by providing it online? Shame on you. You are clearly ignorant of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 of which you should familarize yourself as you have a large quantity of disatisfied customers. It's ironic that SFL asked me to do a review, and then when I did accused it if not being genuine. Since the "threat" my review has been validated by Trustpilot.

Love it...

This is a replacement after my last watch wanted me to pay £20 a month after a trial I didn't even know I was on.So I couldn't use it unless I paid up. 🤬 This one I love, the screens is a little bigger an I miss a few of the functions from my old watch, but I'm very pleased with my choice now.🥰 Here's hoping there's no cut off trial. 🤞🙏😂
