Awful customer service poor quality product My partner brought me a watch for my birthday at the end of April, one of the straps it came with were faulty. The company did say they would replace free of charge however I had to chase this and it took nearly a month to arrive. The watch is no longer charging and it is also starting to come apart. I have emailed asking for a direct contact number as the company are being very vague in their emails. I have asked 3 times for a refund and the company are now ignoring my emails. Shocking and will be taking this further
Avoid at all costs. My watch died within a week. I've asked for a refund and they offered me a replacement. I replied to say thanks but no, I'd rather have a refund and they are now ignoring my mails and have still not sent me any details on how to return this useless thing
Recently bought a Ruimens budget smartwatch and can’t believe how fantastic it is - especially for the price! Wasn’t expecting too much, but have been delighted. It’s early days, but after downloading the GloryFit app (needed help to pair it to my iPhone SE) everything seems to be working really well! Mainly needed it for the heart rate and steps, but it’s giving me so much more. Time will tell re battery life, but a big thumbs up so far!
I've ordered from these guys before and thought the watch I got was good value for money and generally was left with a positive feeling.This time however, I ordered 2 straps and was offered a discount code to get an extra 20% off, but when I applied the code, a delivery of more than half the discount was applied.It just made the whole experience feel sneaky and underhanded.Why not just say here's a code for an extra 5 or 6% off.I haven't even received the products yet but already feeling like I wouldn't do business in future with them.It looks like they do monitor these reviews so whoever thought people would still be happy that they are still getting something off, you've miscalculated badly as it just hurts the brand.
