Ordered the S21 and paid extra for 48hr Royal mail delivery. 48hrs passed and nothing, just an email stating its out of stock. To be fair they offered me the upgraded S23 with no extra cost but 7 days later and only just got confirmation of tracking for my 48hr delivery. This is not good enough, too many retailers offering and taking extra cash for services they cannot provide. In future I will not use any retailer who hasn't previously provided me with a reliable service, if you want repeat custom then treat your customers with respect and have the items shipped and delivered in the time period chosen or face losing custom.... your choice 🤷♂️. Personally I'm fed up
10 days and nothing!!!! Order a smart watch for my daughter's 11th birthday. 24 hour dispatch and I paid extra for the 1 to 2 day courier service.10 days on and nothing, still nothing . 3 emails to customer service nothing for 5 days, then I receive an email offering a refund on the additional courier costs!No explanation of where or when I will or may receive the item, no indication on when it may even be dispatched.Daughter's birthday has been and gone she was 11 years, 4 days ago I explained this to smart watch, no even an acknowledgement or a sorry word Avoid these bunch of jokers!!

This has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with, they are Incredible bad customer service is zero, it’s so bad it’s actually unbelievable. You might as well be hitting your head against a brick wall.I received a watch with very sharp edges, so obviously I needed to return this. SFL took ever to reply. They also make excuses and make it difficult to return the watches, you have to go through so many different options to even get a return, then they want you to pay for the return for a faulty item. You can’t call then just email. Learnt my lesson don’t shop at SFL, go to Amazon it’s simple they would have refund this in hours not day's and still no sight of a returns label to even get a refund SFL is a terrible company who don’t put the customer first, and actually put them last.This is the first and last time I will order from this company! So much hassle and such a bad company to deal with. It’s sad as you want to give one of the smaller companies a chance! But it’s just not worth itStay away from this company the customer service is so poor especially if something goes wrong.
Ordered last Friday and paid extra for fast delivery. Still no confirmation or email to say its been dispatched. Why offer fast delivery if its not actually any faster... I've emailed multiple times and have only had an automated robot email back saying they'll be in touch in 72 hours which is clearly also not true as I'm still waiting...
