Bought Army watch M1 Pro in January this year, used occasionally but now does not charge, have tried other compatibility charger leads with no joy.Contacted company on numerous occasions. Their policy is to make it as difficult as possible to return the watch making numerous requests which are not relevant to the issue in question, for example has it been near water, it hasn't but it's supposed to be waterproof anyway! My most recent communication from them is to sent them, £13.00, which they have never explained what the £13.00 is for plus for me to pay postage of around £5.00 to repair a watch that is under guarantee.Another point is that the packaging and the guarantee card within the box state a guarantee of two years, Smartwatch for less, claim they only offer a one year guarantee, or in my case non at all, unless I'm prepared to pay. My advice is don't use this company if you're expecting them to honor the guaranteeUpdate:- The company have replied by saying free repairs apply for the first six months only, after that a charge of £13.00 is required to cover repairs and handling!As I see it that's a six month warranty and not twelve as quoted.
