Bought a s21 watch thinking it was galaxys21 tried to return but u have 2 email company now had 3 emails discussing refund and can't be bothered with it so didn't return tried to wear it and it's just not there the quality my amazon£16 is better
Bought a watch in Nov 2023. Model is called Swim and their description is the watch is for swimming as it measures lengths of swim, recognises strokes etc. It stopped working after 7 weeks and they refuse to refund saying because it was in water it's not covered by their warranty. They sold this watch under false Information which is against UK consumers law.
Very satisfied with my purchase.Got the watch within 24hours. I have now been using it 3months and it is still like new. Very accurate, very easy to use. I recommend to everybody! Definitely worth the money. I had much more expensive watch that does same thing
I ordered a watch for my daughter. The only good part about this transaction was the delivery. The watch will not turn on/charge. I emailed the retailer with my complaint with a video to show the watch doesn’t work. 48 hours later I was asked a no of questions which I had addressed in my original complaint. 7 days later still no further forward. The company don’t have a return address and are no longer returning my emails.I am absolutely furious with this company and would advise everyone to avoid buying from them.
