Mixed Experience with Smartwatch

I bought the watch to keep track of my exercise. While I use the pool swim function, it does not accurately report the number of lengths swum or calories burned. I haven't yet tested it in the gym. How can I resolve this?

Frustrating Return Policy

I bought a smart ring from a budget seller, only to find it was the wrong size—something I couldn't determine without opening the box. Their return process is incredibly frustrating. They impose a hefty replenishment fee for returns, even for items in perfect condition. They do not provide a return label, forcing you to pay for shipping back, which diminishes your refund after their excessive fees. The entire process is cumbersome and designed to make you give up. Consider purchasing from a reputable retailer instead; the low prices here are not worth the hassle.

Appalling Returns and Refund Policy

I asked to return an item for refund after I had initially stated replacement. They sent a replacement even though I had twice reverted the initial decision. I sent the 1st item back by tracked and then also the 2nd one back by tracked at a total cost of £18 to myself. I am still waiting for a refund after several emails since the dispute started in the 4 July. Also the final communication stated the refund would be provided within 14 days. I’m now running at a 35day + wait time for the refund and have had no reply to my latest mails.

So far, no response to my enquiry regarding a function on the band which I'm unable to locate. Communication with customers is so important, particularly when items are sold online that may need after-sales support. Please try harder.

Be careful buying from Smart Watch For Less.I was initially fairly happy with the Smart Ring 2 but it started going wrong 34 days after purchase Because it was just over the 30 day guarantee,they simply would not refund me.I lost faith in the product going wrong so soon,but a credit note for another smart ring was all they are prepared to do.This is a budget item & I really should have bought better quality first time round !!B E W A R E
