£18 for passport photos that are…

£18 for passport photos that are rejected for poor print quality three times in a row. When this happened a few months ago I went back to the store in Wandsworth Southside and they just reprinted them and then charged me for another set that I needed i.e. didn't offer me a discount for my trouble or huge inconvenience having to resubmit for passport application. Now I have just been advised that the next two sets will be rejected due to print quality resulting in having to buy emergency passport. I thought the ridiculous price would buy some quality but it does not.

My Account is on monthly payments so…

My Account is on monthly payments so August l ask them to freeze my account September and October but to my surprising they collected 3pounds on 28th and 34pounds on the 1st that it is stealing. I had problem with my shoulder which l don't intend to come back this year to the so for healthy relationship please return the 34 pounds to my account Japhet Nwaeke.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!RECEIVED VERY POOR SERVICE AND WAS RIPPED-OFF!I went to this snappy snaps in Streatham High Road to hopefully obtain faithful reproductions of some rare and valuable original artwork, which the owner (Mr Moss) assured me could definitely be done to within 95% quality of the originals, and as such took a £50 deposit from me which i paid in good faith...2 weeks later the work was completed and i went to collect it only to find that it was nowhere near 95% of the originals, it was not even 50% of the originals! Something which Mr Moss himself readily agreed was unacceptable and completely unfit for purpose, telling me that he'd try again and to come back...This continued for several weeks, each time no further work had been attempted until, eventually, he claimed he'd somehow misplaced the work altogether!?? (duh!)It did eventually turn up after several weeks, however, more than 3 months later in all and he called me in, clearly no more work had been attempted on it and at which point Mr Moss admitted that he couldn't do it, that it was just too difficult for him to accurately reproduce!Whereupon i naturally asked for my £50 deposit back only to be told that even though he couldn't do the work or complete it to my, or even HIS own satisfaction, i couldn't be refunded because he'd had to spend time working on it even though that work was nowhere near up to scratch and had, in fact, resulted in artwork that was TOTALLY UNFIT for the purpose it was originally intended!!!He took my deposit quickly enough, though, on the basis that he could definitely do the work to my 95% satisfaction but couldn't actually do so! And then wants ME to pay for HIS failure???Not a good business and not a good businessman, i was lied to, mislead and ripped-off, so don't trust this business or the surely owner mr moss as he's clearly a money-grubbing thief, one who cares more about obtaining money than he does good (or even legal) business practices!As such, i have reported them to trading standards and will be taking the matter all the way to the courts if necessary, £50 might not be much to be bothering about, but as a disabled pensioner on a fixed income i can't afford to be ripped-off by every tom, dick and crooked printer that comes along selling lies and deceiving people just to grab their money under false pretenses!MR MOSS IS A SCAMMER!!! - ONLY USE HIS PRINTING SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! - HE RIPPED ME OFF FOR £50!!! - YOU HAVE BEEN DULY WARNED!!!!!

I came into Cambridge store (LOC-1527) earlier today and spoke to Firas and Maria. I am extremely happy with their help!I came in with an important issue.. I foolishly cancelled my UK passport, as I thought I lost it, but then I found it! I recognised Firas straight away as he had served me when I got the photos taken for that passport back in May 2022. These members of staff have made me feel protected and have advised me on getting a new passport, and updated my provisional driving licence (with new address and new image), as well as an updated bus licence (with new address and new image too). God bless them, and this business!

I am a regular customer at the new Greenwich branch. The staff here are amazing - so helpful and knowledgable, they really want to make your photo the best it can be. It’s always a good experience coming here.

I had an old video tape of my daughter…

I had an old video tape of my daughter being interviewed on American TV for an ice skating segment of the local news and wanted to have it put onto CD and Memory Stick.I took it to Snappy Snaps Swindon and, although not as straightforward as I hoped as an American VHS tape Victoria in Swindon went above and beyond to make sure, after a couple of visits we went home with exactly what we were hoping for.A big thank you for the excellent Victoria in Swindon.
