Avoid this company

Avoid this company. ❗️❗️❗️I decided to take a chance and use their services despite the bad reviews because I couldn’t wait to find out the gender of my baby. The test arrived the next day after payment, I used it according to the instructions and sent it. After some time, I received a letter about the inconclusive result and the company promised to send another test. But a week has passed and I still haven’t received the replacement kit. They also don't answer my emails. I requested a refund which I never received. It turns out I just threw away my money. Very unhappy. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Actually heartbroken

Oh my G do I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing. What an absolute disaster. I kid you not, I did not receive the email promised about the kit coming to me. However, as it did turn up (randomly spotted in my garden, thank u Amazon) I decided to let this go and remained to have faith. The package was delivered to the UK address within just over 12 hours. So, well done Royal Mail on being the only part of this entire process that actually succeeded. The Email vowed that the lab in the US would receive the sample within another day, but the link on the email states up to 3. Whatever. 4 days pass and I still haven't even received the email to say that the sample has arrived at the lab. I've been checking my emails nooooone stop oh it's driving me insane. Anyway, I send an email querying this as it already isn't the first time they've not told me where a parcel will be. Emailed back a few hours later being told my barcode hadn't been activated (it had, 100%, I have the email and upon resubmission it notifies that this barcode has been used). I click on the link they sent to try activate it again. After this, I've realised that the barcode they have said is mine, is not. So NOW I have someone else's result, (by the by, if your barcode is 10371385 you got a boy result. Might as well state that because there's absolutely no way that the company can link your code up to your name anymore, unbelievable.)All of my spare cash this month went into this, I'm so upset I honestly hope people start boycotting this absolute disgrace.Don't think I'm ever going to get my real result. Especially as since I've thought about it, the only way that the company could even link a barcode up to my name and email would be through the activation that I made. No personal information goes with the sample whatsoever other than that barcode. And they know this. They have blatantly and knowingly just tried to satisfy my need for a result that they've given me any possible answer. If my sample was at the lab and they knew full well that it was my sample they should/would have emailed me about my own personal error. But since that apparent barcode had not been activated then it was not linked to anyone's information. WHY HAVE YOU DONE THIS? WHAT IS THIS?

Not accurate

Me and my wife decided we wanted to know as early as possible so bought one of these kits. We were hoping for a girl (we have one wonderful boy already), the kit told us it was a boy so we were a bit disappointed but obviously knew we would love him all the same. Anyway, fast forward a couple months and we have the NHS scan which confirmed beyond any reasonable doubt, we are having a GIRL! I rated them two stars because they do offer a refund if they get it wrong so I’m hoping we don’t have any trouble claiming that back after the birth. If you’re thinking about using this product, don’t bother. The positive reviews here were lucky that their test got it right (50/50 chance so makes sense about half the reviews are positive…). If you want an accurate gender reveal, don’t waste your money on this, wait for the ultrasound

Excellent

Excellent! Did the blood test at around 8 weeks, was simple and results only took a few days, came back stating a girl. My recent scan has also confirmed girl so the test was accurate for me, thank you 🩷

Right for me

My first time trying this. I've had 3 previous pregnancies that were girls. I did the Lancet test at home at 7 weeks 2 days and received a boy result.Just had a private gender scan at 14 weeks and he is definitely a boy 🩵🩵🩵

Accurate on both occasions. Great company.

After reading the poor reviews, I decided to do two tests; first test at 6 weeks and second test at 13 weeks. Incredibly quick postage both to me and to the lab for testing. I struggle to draw blood and blood tests are a nightmare usually, however I drank water, ensured I was warm and followed the instructions - it was successful and easy. I have a husband, young son and male dog, I followed the instructions to the letter to avoid contamination. Both results came back a girl. Scans also suggested girl. Our daughter has since arrived. I can’t recommend sneak peak more.

We've used sneak peak 5 different times…

We've used sneak peak 5 different times with 5 different pregnancies. I followed the directions and was sure of my gestational dates and it has been right all 5 times with 3 girls and 2 boys. From what i see, people use it earlier than theyre supposed to due to their dates being off and they get inaccurate results, or they don't follow the directions. Ive used the lancet and snap types (never did clinical) and i did everything exactly as the directions say. I think it's wild that people want to disparage sneak peak because they didnt follow the directions. Also, once your baby is born you give proof of their sex to sneak peak and if they were wrong you get your money back. I had one issue with one of my tests and spoke with customer service and they overnighted me a brand new kit for free when it was likely the mail carrier that had messed up the package. The customer service has been amazing and fast. If we were to have another baby i would 100% use sneak peak again.

Followed instructions to the letter

Followed instructions to the letter, really disinfected all surrounding area to avoid any cross-contamination. Results at 14 weeks said boy. Scan at 16 weeks said girl. Scan at 20 weeks said girl. Scan at 39 weeks said girl. Baby arrived…definitely a girl! Don’t waste your money!
