Results Incorrect. We had a lab setting blood sample taken. Was told by sneak peek it was a girl and at the 16 week scan was told its a boy. Obviously there was confusion and so the sonographer triple checked and we could all clearly see the boy bits clearly. Not sure why it went wrong but caused a little heartache for me and the family as after 4 boys previously we were all excited for a little girl. Obviously this little cherub will be part of the family and loved no matter what but the shock and confusion certainly has put a small dampener on the pregnancy. Now in the process of trying to return lots of girls clothes, and a pink pram which is a hassle in itself. Just not worth doing in my opinion if it can be wrong. Just wait for the 16 weeks. Much more accurate!
I was a bit sceptical about ordering as I’ve seen the reviews however my experience has been wonderful. Made sure the website was set to UK mode, ordered on a Tuesday afternoon it came the next day via Royal Mail. I had to wait a week and sent it the following Monday and had tracking up until it went on a plane to the US lab. I got my check in email on the Friday so it took 5 days to send and receive However my results came back inconclusive and a scan confirmed I was a week behind. They sent me a replacement but DPD sadly never arrived. I emailed customer service yesterday to explain the issue and they’ve been kind enough to not only reply within hours of my email, but send me another kit! So I’ve had 2 curtesy kits sent to me (although one never arrived)b This time they’ve changed it to Royal Mail again and it was dispatched today, to again be delivered tomorrow morning. So far they have been great for me. My advice is make sure when ordering you have the website set to UK. Follow the instructions carefully and do not cross contaminate. Men and dogs should not be near, touch or even breathe on your kit (lol!) this will give a false male result. But as I said, the reviews are abit all over the place but so far I have genuinely been quite happy and pleased with the service I’ve received x
I had 3 done this pregnancy! (Crazy I know!) First(6 weeks) said girl, Second(7 weeks 4 days) said Boy & Third(8 weeks 3 days)says girl. First done in clinic 2nd and 3rd done at my mamaws (No males ever there and was cleaned/sanitized VERY well so no way of contamination!) I am due March 23rd. I highly believe it's a guess ordeal and they don't actually "know" I mean of course some will be right they have a 50/50 chance! But I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They mess with your emotions & take your money! And don't get me started on "customer service" I don't think there is one! No one had ever gotten back with me and no phone number to contact anyone!!
I sent my results back over a week ago, and have heard nothing. The tracking said my sample was delivered back to their freight carrier the day after I posted it, and since then, radio silence. I have tried contacting via both Facebook and email and have had no response. I would not recommend this company at all, it really plays with your emotions given the nature of the result you’re waiting for and the customer service is non-existent. Essentially I’ve paid £80 for absolutely nothing- horrendous.
Customer service is wholly non existent. I sent my results back over a week ago, they were received by the company according to my shipment tracking literally the day after I sent it back. Emailed the company 3 days later, no response. Will not purchase again due to this fact alone. How ridiculous that they give you rough times and a very detailed layout on the process that they do not adhere to in the slightest. If I could give zero stars I would.
I had a truly dreadful experience with SneakPeek, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment and frustration. I placed an online order with them, spending a significant amount of £89, enticed by their promise of next day delivery. Little did I know that I was about to step into a nightmare.First and foremost, the advertised next day delivery was nothing but a deceptive ploy to lure unsuspecting customers like myself. After making the purchase, I eagerly waited for my package to arrive promptly, only to be met with disappointment as the delivery never showed up. Days turned into a week, and I still had not received any information regarding the whereabouts of my order.To make matters worse, SneakPeek's customer support, or lack thereof, is utterly abysmal. They don't provide any contact number, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them for assistance. Instead, they insist on using email as their sole means of communication, which proved to be futile in my case. I emailed them numerous times, expressing my concern and seeking answers, but to my dismay, they never bothered to respond. It's as if they simply don't care about their customers once they've got their money.I cannot help but conclude that SneakPeek is nothing but a bunch of heartless cheaters, preying on unsuspecting shoppers with false promises and non-existent customer support. They seem to have no qualms about taking hard-earned money from their customers without delivering on their end of the bargain.Based on my terrible experience, I wholeheartedly advise against purchasing anything from SneakPeek. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and money by avoiding this unscrupulous company at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable retailers out there who actually value their customers and fulfill their promises. Spare yourself the headache and don't buy from SneakPeek.
