Great customer service!

Amazing, amazing customer service! I’ve used Sneakpeek with my first pregnancy at 8 weeks (at that time they had advertised 8 weeks as the earliest) and they accurately predicted a boy! I have a two year old boy running around as I write this. Now pregnant with my second, I got back an inconclusive result but Sneakpeek and their customer service have been so prompt to send me a new kit and have been very helpful and quick to reply to my questions and queries.

No very responsive customer service - waiting to see if their prediction is correct

Received my results later than what they promised. Unfortunately, so many bad reviews where they guessed the gender wrong that I didn't take for granted the result they gave me, which is unfortunate cause that was the whole point of doing this. Will wait my 20 weeks scan now but this doesn't give me any certainty, so quite a loss of money.

Do not trust this product

When buying this product please take into consideration it is not 99.9% accurate! Tested at 7 week's pregnant, personally found the test messy and not easy, did all the sanitation instructions and no males present. The results didn’t come back in the time frame they claimed, so I emailed which then prompted a email stating we were having a BOY! Being one hundred percent certain the test was correct, we decided this baby would be the last of our family, Even though we had our heart set on having a girl. Not once did I think the test could be incorrect when they state such a high success rate! 20 week NHS scan date arrived and to our utter delight we are having a GIRL!! Such shock we paid to have a private test just to double check!!!! Although we are happy with our result the result of the product was incorrect it’s not worth the money, effort, time or emotions! Get an early gender scan instead!

I was a bit worried if the results…

I was a bit worried if the results would be accurate, but they were 100% spot on. Found out I was having a boy via sneak peek at 7 weeks pregnant, and have had it confirmed as a boy at the 20 week scan 😊

I wouldn’t recommend anyone

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use a sneak peek test. Because it’s a waste of time and waste of money incorrect result.

Sneak peak a load of nonsense

Hello All. So rewind 7weeks ago when my SP lancet kit arrived. Firstly might I say, the blood collection was extremely difficult, I barely got enough blood into the sample container. Anyway, after a long awaited result, 11days might I add. It came back boy. I'm a Mum of 2 little boys already. From day dot this pregnancy screamed different. So today I had my 20week scan, and has being confirmed I'm having a baby GIRL. If I can give you any advice it would be this: DO NOT waste your money, time, and emotional wellbeing with this so called 99.9% accurate test. I sanitised the area, alcohol wiped my hands numerous times, and no males in the house. AVOID.

They are guessing it's a 50/50 chance

Don't fall for the marketing it's a guessing game there's a 50/50 chance it's a boy or a girl this company feeds on vulnerable women. I purchased the kit and did the test at 10 weeks to be told it was a boy when I had my scan I was told it was a girl and I had a girl. It was truly heartbreaking I had told all my friends and family and announced it at my wedding with blue confetti to only go on to have a girl.

Test said boy, they said boy. She’s all girl!!

I took my test at 6 weeks and 3 days a later scan would have put me at 7 weeks 1 day when I took the test, the test said boy. I used a bathroom only females have used in a family member house. Showered, drip dried, used the test collected enough blood straight away, test came back boy, I really wanted a girl so I emailed sneak peek to ask if the way I’d done my test could have caused a faulty result and explained pretty much what iv already said they said absolutely not they stand by their results. 12 week scan comes along and I’m 13 weeks, nub was long and flat and I had over 450 people tell me she’s a girl from various nub groups, that baby is here now and she’s indeed a little lady. I wished I’d never took the test it really ruined the start of my pregnancy then left me very confused as to what I was having as even after a gender scan they told me scans are often wrong and I’m having a boy!! They don’t allow you to leave a review on their own website they are all fake reviews as they don’t want anyone to know how inaccurate their tests are!

Terrible communication regarding results

No response to multiple emails to the company when my results were delayed by over 2 weeks. Took a PayPal dispute to get answers and a refund. Used to be a good company but standards look to have slipped significantly. I would suggest avoiding from now on!

Absolute con

I’m in the UK and I ordered this as I recently found out I was pregnant.I did the test sent it back and apparently the freight forwarder address is wrong! I contacted Royal Mail and said there’s nothing they can do!! I’ve contacted sneak peek via email and Facebook messenger and no reply!!I’ve just wasted £89 for a service that I did not even receive! It caused me stress that I shouldn’t have experienced especially when pregnant!! They need to sort it out!!!
