There are some products (like hiking boots) where I believe in store expertise is imperative to avoid wasting money...Snow and Rock staff have it.

Big expensive brands for a bargain!

I've lost £540 !!!!

I have ordered a board , never stated that I want it to be delivered somewhere else than my address , parcel force left it somewhere as no one lives at the address snow + rock shop gave me. Oh and also I got an email from your store saying now I need to sort it out myself. Wow , never seen such a rude customer service . I paid £540 for board and never received it. Absolutely disgusting

Appalling company

Order a hat on the 19/02 paid £6 for delivery. The item went to DPD but never delivered and returned back to S&R on the 28/2. Its the 14/3 and I still haven't received my refund. Customer service is appalling. Would not order anything from S&R again.

No delivery, no refund

They created an order number through DPD on January 23, but DPD has not received a package from Snow Rock. What's more, I contacted the customer service many times, but they refused to refund me and asked me to wait for DPD to reply them what happened. I have been wondering why I as a consumer I need to wait and not refund my money after an accident happened between the Courier and the merchant.Again！Since January 23rd, I have not received the refund, nor have I received the goods I bought. I don't want to hear your apology again.

Atrocious company will never use again

Atrocious customer service will definitely not use again and recommend you don't use them. I ordered a snood and was twice sent the wrong order and this has still not been resolved. I contacted customer service and they were rude and obnoxious and would not send me out the right snood until they had received the wrong one back although they had my money.I have never known such a bad company and hopefully never will again.
