Review Time
The vest was oversized and the quality was rubbish. When I tried to return the customer service rep tried to give me multiple discounts to keep their “numbers up”. Again rubbish response and customer service. After returning and send email verification of order number, the company did not refund me. I had to contact them 4 times in order to finally get my money back. Again rubbish. Most disappointing, on top of the time I wasted is they kept 30% of my money. This is the worst company, worst product. Don’t take the risk. Go to Amazon instead.
I actually bought mine for Christmas gifts. My brother in law has gone through a bone marrow transplant and was cold all the time! My sister bought him one and 3 battery packs. He wears it all the time in the house, and he loves it. I Bought him the heated hat! 100% 😃.
I went by your size guide (unisex), and ordered a small. The packing slip says XL, the vest says XL and the packaging says small. It is too small. Won’t zip. And why did it come by Amazon shipping??? I thought I was ordering directly through Solana. I need to return completely. Debi
I ordered 2 vests, one for me and one for my wife. Vests were not of good quality. Felt very cheap (flimsy and zipper was not going to hold up). I also ordered according to size guide and neither one fit. Instruction sheet was so small that you could barely read and it was poorly written. Not proper English. I am returning both vests that I just ordered.
How can you ask me for a review when I haven’t received any of what I ordered. You need to advise where my items are or I will put a complaint in PayPal and get my money back and if that doesn’t work I will dispute it with my bank. Waiting on an explanation on why I have been asked for a review before receiving and where is my order
