Review Time
The instructions on how to use the heat feature in my vest was very vague. Nit sure when it is all the way charged, then it said not to use it for very long. I p,ay golf and need it to stay headed. Then the first time I put it on the zipper split apart and I had to unzip it and try again. Not sure I will keep it
I ordered the vest on 10/17. It was marked ‘fulfilled’ on 10/21. According to the tracking number with USPS it has yet to be delivered to the USPS. I am very concerned with the time it is taking to be processed thru the system. Your asking me for a review of a product that has not yet been delivered to the USPS is very premature. I would like an email explaining where my order is and why there has been a delay. Johnathan, from customer support, was wonderful to work with on tracking down my package. It arrived today. I would mention that this vest does NOT come with a power pack. You must supply on your own or purchase one. I have given feedback to the company that this should be mentioned on their site.
I ordered a medium.The packing slip says "(2XL)-USA Medium".The tag on the vest says "4XL".I will be returning the vest and Power Bank Ultra for a refund. I want a refund for the 1 Year Warranty.Since it was your error, I also want the cost of shipping as well.Pleas let me know how to accomplish this.
So far, I love the vest. I placed my order and was expecting a shipping tracking email. To my surprise within 2 days I had my vest in my mailbox. I have used it so far to walk my dog in the mornings and evenings as it is getting colder now. Right off it starts to heat and takes the clill off me while I’m walking or standing.It’s going to be a great asset during this winter season. Glad that I purchased it!
It is Thur. 10/23/25 and we were informed today that the vests have been delayed and will not arrive until Sunday 10/26/25. Unfortunately we leave tomorrow Friday 10/23/25 for a fishing trip in Northern Wisconsin, which was the reason for the purchase of your heated vests.
The best at first looked a little flimsy I guess is the best way to explain it and I didn't understand that it didn't come with a power pack so I had to order one separately after talking with customer service they seem to solve my problem and my vest is nice and warm and it works better than I thought it would I would probably work with this company again.
