Very happy with the vest but misunderstood that the battery pack did not come with it. I contacted customer service and received a great discount on their battery pack and quickly received it after telling them they need to specify more specifically on their website that the pack is not included
Would not work, have to pay to return. Vest is cheaply made, material thin, zipper cheap won't last long. Description false saying if used on high battery life is less time. In fact the instructions say DO NOT USE ON HIGH IT WILL CAUSE IT TO SHORT OUT.Would never have ordered if I was told the truth. Their reply is worthless. I contacted company first and still didn't work and got no help. I am out shipping where the product would not work. CS says I understand but don't refund shipping ... then you don't understand. Cost me money and my time. People should know reply's are a run around cause still won't pay for return shipping, defective product.
The vest arrived without the battery. I paid for it as part of my purchase. I've requested one be sent to me but have not heard whether that will happen as yet. When I contacted Solana I did receive a note from the support desk and they said they are looking into it.
Shipping and delivery were not bad at all. Got my vest and spare battery in 2 weeks.Haven't been in the real cold weather yet but it heats alright. I thought it would be warmer but it seems to do something. The only complaint I have is the zipper zips up from the wrong side. Kind of strange but maybe it's a woman's vest.
Seems to work just fine. Instructions are on the inside left panel of the vest. Plug into battery, turn on battery. Hold down the button on the outside left panel of the vest for 2 seconds, button turns red for 5 minutes indicating it is on high, after 5 minutes chest button turns white indicating medium setting. Press the chest button quickly to toggle btwn low, medium and high settings. Press the chest button for 2 seconds to turn off.The vest runs incredibly small. I ordered a large (I am 5’6” 145lbs) and could barely zip it closed. Kept it for my wife and ordered an Xl for me….fits well.
