The product has functioned well without any issues thus far. However, I wish it provided a bit more warmth on the high setting. I purchased it along with the recommended battery, but I could only use it once for a few hours before it drained. I'm now in search of a larger battery. I made sure to charge it fully before my initial use. I anticipated better battery performance, but unfortunately, it fell short.
I purchased a heated vest for my 89-year-old mother-in-law to celebrate her 89th birthday. She often feels cold and keeps the thermostat set to 80, making it uncomfortable for others. This has resolved the issue! Now she wears her vest and has the thermostat at 74°. Thank you! 💪🏼💪🏼🇺🇸
I purchased the heated vest since I live in a chilly area and work outdoors in tough conditions. Yesterday, December 8th, I finally tried it on, and it was a lifesaver with the temperature at 30 degrees Fahrenheit. It was brutal out there! I wore the vest underneath my coat and felt incredibly warm. Surprisingly, I didn't even need to turn it on! Just wearing it blocked the wind and kept me cozy. Thank you!
The vests are not that great and we had to return one and they said we have to pay for shipping it back! Awful!!! I’ve never dealt with such an ignorant customer service rep who just tried to get us to keep the vest for a discount. Never buying anything from them again!!!
Complete scam! Vest does not work. I called customer service and they told me their return policy is to only refund for the item and not for shipping or pay for return shipping. I argued with them and they said they would send replacement vests and I could keep the old vests and the battery packs. I told them I wanted a full refund and I would either return the items at their cost or ship them back at their cost. They won’t cover shipping to return the items, and said I would have to pay to return the batteries because they say they work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Notice that you can’t review them on their own website and can’t even see the actual reviews.
I brought the heated vest because I live in nyc and I work outdoor in vigorous weather. So on yesterday which would be December the 8. I finally put on my new vest; thank God because the temperature was 30 degrees Fahrenheit. It work! It was brutal on yesterday. Believe me I put that vest under my goat I was toasting. Guess what I didn't even turn it on!!! Just by putting it on it actually block the wind and the cold. Thank you
Selling defective and poor quality design products, and not standing behind them even when I followed their return policy guidelines. First 'consumer beware' warning is they don't have a policy for defective merchandise. They also claim 10,000+ positive reviews, but do not allow reviews. 2nd warning - instead of offering to pay for S&H return costs for defective product - they bargained with offering a portion of my charges to be refunded - first 30%, then 50%, and suggested I keep the item but pay to have it repaired.
I had no idea the vest didn’t come with a battery. Thank goodness I ordered what I thought was going to be an EXTRA one because that was the only battery that came with the vest. I ended up ordering 2 more after that so my husband doesn’t run out of battery power at work. Also my husband has worn it for only a week and the zipper that encloses the battery has already broken. The claim they make on their website that they have tons of 5 star reviews is clearly false advertisement and extremely misleading. I’m so upset I wasted so much money on this product.
