The company was very professional, from the sales representative to the window fitters themselves. They arrived at the time stated by the supervisor and a call was received the day before to make sure everything was still ok for the following day. They arrived on time and didn't stop from the moment they arrived to leaving, with the exception of a short break for lunch. Once the windows were in, they cleaned up after themselves, but made very little mess, during the process. I would recommend them to anybody thinking about new or replacement windows.
From my first phone call to completion the staff from to the fitters was very polite frendly and very efficient. All questions answered and all work was clean tidy and on time.I couldn't fault them at all I would recommend them anytime
We had 11 windows and Patio doors fitted. From start to finish this company went above and beyond. Gareth, our design consultant, was very well informed and patient and did an excellent presentation. Wayne, our surveyor, was very helpful and gave really good suggestions. Our co-ordinator, Kat, kept us up to date with the schedule and was well organised. The builders, Mick and Zack, were very polite and efficient. The fitters, Andy and Carl were brilliant and when problems arose they came up with solutions straight away. We would recommend SolarFrame to anyone who wishes to get windows and doors fitted.
We have been incredibly impressed with the service received from Solar Frame for the replacement of our windows and doors. From the very beginning, starting with salesman Gareth who visited our home, to Kat in the office coordinating everything, we have no complaints whatsoever.Gareth was not pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make our decisions. A special mention must go to Mark and Steve, the fitters, who did an absolutely fantastic job installing all eight windows, two doors, and a set of French doors in one (admittedly long) day. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. They were courteous, respectful of our home, and promptly addressed any minor damage caused during the process.One minor issue was that the locks didn’t arrive as ordered, but Solar Frame acknowledged the error immediately and resolved it without any fuss — which we really appreciated.While they may not be the cheapest (though we were very happy with our quoted price), the quality of the fit and finish far exceeds other examples we’ve seen recently. We highly recommend.
Solar frame have just completed my conservatory renovation and I am delighted with it. The Project Manager, Kat, kept everything on schedule and the whole team were professional and polite from start to finish. From the guys who took the old conservatory down to Muck and Zak the builders, Andy and Connor the installers, Jon the electrician and Andrew the technician. It takes teamwork and great organisation to do a renovation like this and Solarframe delivered. They aren’t the cheapest on the market but if you want the job doing properly it is worth it. A really excellent job. Thank you.
Excellent service & quality from SolarFrame. Had all windows and doors replaced and can’t speak highly enough of the full team all the way through the experience.The one minute issue I had was sorted out in double quick time to leave us very happy customers!
Would not recommend. We have moved into a property that had an extension built by SolarFrame less than 12 months before and it had issues around the French doors which meant they did not open well and also cracks all around door, with mold coming out of the cracks.A large radiator they also put on the wall is basically hanging on by one screw…We tried to raise it with the company but we’re simply told the warranty didn’t stay with the work, it was with the previous owner. This seems strange when the work was done less than 12 months ago! Also seems strange that a large company wouldn’t want to rectify their name and quality of work, or even come and have a look!Shame but I would avoid them strongly, their quality of work is not something I would want on my property if I’d had the choice! The company basically ignored me.
