Installation went smoothly. Our fitters Ryan and Connor were so professional , polite and hardworking . They didn’t stop for a break , true professionals. Explained the new locking mechanism clearly.Cleaned up before they left.Very happy with SolarFrame from the start . Easy to order and we were kept informed throughout the process .Excellent quality door which now enhances the look of our home . We feel much safer now. We decided to have our windows swapped out. The sales meeting was great - felt very at ease and it was really good to hear all the options. The office team were good at organising a time for the installation which suited us and I felt they were very organised. The install went off without a hitch - the two guys were very polite and efficient. Not even damage to the paint as far as we can see! Only took two days to do the whole house and the windows look so much better. No more drafts as well! Thank you!
Delivered and installed on time. Very impressed with quality of windows and the overall installation. Despite their being an issue with one of the windows, the problem was quickly rectified and I am more than happy with the final installation
We are highly delighted with our new Solarframe conservatory. The whole process from visiting the showroom to completion took about seven weeks. We were impressed with salesperson, who had helpful suggestions and with the designer as they helped us achieve what we wanted. Solarframe kept us well informed with the progress prior to building and throughout the building process. The fitters worked very hard and kept us informed with their progress and with any issues they had during construction. They were very friendly and helpful as were all the other tradespeople involved with the build. When we had an issue with an existing adjoining roof, Solarframe acted efficiently and fairly to sort the roof problem quickly so as not to delay completion too much. After our experience with Solarframe we would not hesitate to recommend them for first class product and service. Thank you to all members of the Solarframe team involved with our build.
Had a new solid roof on my conservatory which has transformed the room. At first I thought they were on the expensive side but when I saw the quality of the product along with the skill of all their tradesmen and the way the whole job was planned and executed......its like the old saying...you get what you pay for. Pay a bit more and get it right first time. Very happy with Solar Frame.
