Edit: fair enough, my issue was resolved at least I'm in the clear. Would recommend training the female staff to be polite as male staff seems to be very polite.

Cancelled my insurance because somerset…

Cancelled my insurance because somerset bridge ltd acting on behalf of Watford insurance, made a claim they told me they wouldn't pay out because it was my fault sent me a letter stating that my car was being catergrised has cat n, did a hpi check and it showed my car has being a cat s and they had no right to do that, they didn't pay me out at all they also took my money stay away from somerset bridge limted insurance who work in paternship with goskippy and watford insurance,they have also refused to provide me with my no claims discount which I am entitled too has these were protected, I have raised a complaint with Financial obsdaman service now. Has they are being treating customer unfairly

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Absolutely ridiculous rip offs. They discriminate against Muslims. Stay well awayWas asked to call back after the review. After waiting for almost 1 hour a rep called Zoe was unable to explain or justify or even retrieve the email I sent to the reviews team. Just proves the point made . Absolute waste of time. Don't go anywhere near this broker they are not insurers

Claim procedure

Levian was great taking me through the claim process in a calm and positive manner. He noted the details of the accident clearly and concisely without me having to repeat myself and took me through the next steps.

Still waiting after 8 weeks

Still waiting after 8 weeks. In all that time only 1 contact from company that son did not initiate. That was from CoParts who gave assessment value of car which has not been paid. 5 stars to Holly in settlements who son spoke to and she said she would get on to it, that was 2 Fridays ago. She sent email saying her managers would deal with it on the Monday as she only worked Thursdays and Fridays did they? NO , still waiting.
