This company is the worst company i've been insured with. My car got stolen so I made a theft claim. The investigator was racist and asked questions about my ethnicity and religion. He was also passive aggressive. He was soo bad I doubted he was even qualified. The theft and complaints team have been absoloutely appalling. They fail do document most of my communication. Failed to provide engineers report of my car. Made me wait a month for a police report for a month only to find out that it's not wanted anymore. For 2 months i've had to use public transport as they didnt even provide a courtasy car because it was not "available" only when I mentioned I had spoken to FOS. They started doing their job properly. I have paid nearly 3 grand in full for my car insurance in total and have not recieved the service or outcome that is appropriate. All the staff keep on changing their story. After all this they decided not to pay me out and wrote my car off. They changed the category multiple times and refused to deliver my car back to me. Until I mentioned FOS. I had paid my insurance till July but they are not returning the money back even though I don't have my car.
Once I managed to get through to talk to someone, Ellie was excellent, and very helpful going through the process to report the accident.Unfortunatetly, like so many companies now, it took ages listening to recorded messages, pressing different options, and listening to a message (several times, because it was too fast to hear the domain name) telling me how I can report the accident on-line. By the time my call was answered, I had started to complete the claim on-line.But,as I say, once I did get through, Ellie was very helpful, and went through the whole claim wih me.
after dealing with a stressful morning with my car being vandalised I phoned up to get my car delt with an while speaking to oillie on the phone he managed to calm me down and deal with the matter accordingly and handled it professionally and got everything in order really great customer service and professional
I had a really positive experience speaking with Ethan H who handled my call today. I was feeling quite anxious about the situation and had to ask him to repeat things a few times, but he was incredibly patient, clear and kind throughout the whole conversation. He took the time to explain everything properly and made sure I understood what would happen next, which really helped put my mind at ease. Excellent customer service. Thank you Ethan
