If i could I would give them a rating of minus 100,Avoid this underwriter they are truly shocking,a straightforward non fault accident took a year to resolve they took my money and held it until i demanded it and finally the hire car company they Kindertons use to deal with your claim are so focused on giving you a hire vehicle in order to make them stacks of money and then offer you an atrocious so called valuation then you have a fight to prove the market value of your vehicle prepare for a fight as there business partners called Kindertons are even worse,please save yourselves alot of grief and avoid these crooks.
You were clear, patient, kind. Having an accident is one of the worst things that can happen to you, and you have to face difficult decisions but your operator was kind, helpful and calm, reassuring me that there are solutions to the errors I had made.
