Facing an enormous amount of distress and confusion I was place in the hands of a lady called Jade. She listened as I poured my fears and tried to make myself coherent. The level of incompetence I’ve experienced is shocking. Customer service agents are poorly trained and completely unhelpful, but unfortunately that’s not even the worst part.After I cancelled my policy myself, it appears the company was unhappy with this decision and subsequently placed a marker against my name, which is now showing to other insurers as if they cancelled the policy, not me. As a result, I am now struggling to obtain insurance elsewhere. This is incredibly distressing and unacceptable.I have spent hours calling to resolve this, only to be passed endlessly between different teams customer service, underwriting, third-party teams, validation with no accountability, no resolution, and no ownership taken by anyone. Every call ends in the same loop.I am extremely shocked and distraught by this situation.It is also very telling that the company does not meaningfully address negative reviews only posting the same automated response over and over, showing a complete lack of care for customers or service standards.I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before dealing with this company.
I had a good conversation with the operator who was kind enough to ensure me that everything will be took in consideration and she was kind enough to explain everything.At the beginning I was unsure what i need to and what will happen but once we start talking and everything was explained, I calmed down and understood that I be rest assure that the situation will be resolved.
Utterly useless in the event of an incident.Extremely poorly trained claim handlers, poor communication and general incompetence. You might get a cheap quote but you will pay if you need to deal with a claim. They are awful, avoid them at all costs.
This company is the worst company i've been insured with. My car got stolen so I made a theft claim. The investigator was racist and asked questions about my ethnicity and religion. He was also passive aggressive. He was soo bad I doubted he was even qualified. The theft and complaints team have been absoloutely appalling. They fail do document most of my communication. Failed to provide engineers report of my car. Made me wait a month for a police report for a month only to find out that it's not wanted anymore. For 2 months i've had to use public transport as they didnt even provide a courtasy car because it was not "available" only when I mentioned I had spoken to FOS. They started doing their job properly. I have paid nearly 3 grand in full for my car insurance in total and have not recieved the service or outcome that is appropriate. All the staff keep on changing their story. After all this they decided not to pay me out and wrote my car off. They changed the category multiple times and refused to deliver my car back to me. Until I mentioned FOS. I had paid my insurance till July but they are not returning the money back even though I don't have my car.
