I wish I could do lower then a 1

I wish I could do lower then a 1. My car got stolen unfortunately and I sent the car key off to them. They asked why the key was tapped which I explained I dropped it and it’s been like this for 6 months. They then took all the tape off and have said there is no battery which there definitely was as it’s the only key! When Somerset bridge sent the key to the garage they said it wasn’t tapped and was all in bits. They have now said because there is no battery they can’t pay out! So I’m stuck with a car, the damage is unknown as they won’t check, and they’ve took the battery out of my car key just so they didn’t have to pay out. I’m so happy I took a picture beforehand with it taped up because at least my solicitor have said I’ve got a case! Please please do not use these!

Kaci the claims worker was Fab

Spoke to a wonderful lady named Kaci, who helped guide me through my next steps after I was involved in a hit and run and helped me secure a garage for a repair for my car. She was clear and friendly and answered any questions that I had mid-conversation. All in all, great worker. She should be proud of her customer service

Spoke to a wonderfully helpful lady called Linda regarding an incident earlier this year. Needed to get written confirmation that I was not at fault as my insurance company are playing silly buggers with renewal quote. Thanks Linda, have a great holiday.
