I spoke to Chloe yesterday. I was quite stressed and had a number of tricky questions. Chloe took the time, listened intently, and was incredibly knowledgable. If you didn't know something for sure, she looked it up right away. I was very impressed. This was top notch customer service.
Dreadful company.If you make a claim they cancel your policy and if you paying monthly, as it is farmed off to a third party finance company, you will be immediately liable for the entire balance. Also, their call centre is India and difficult to understand or hear the people you speak to. My insurance was under the trading name Go Skippy but would avoid any product offered under a trading name of this company.
Telling me they payed for an accident repairs and then Expecting me to pay £16.5k for the accident I wasn't involved in rather than taking it up with the person/party who was involved now want to start a recovery process for the money off me yet it's nothing to do with me. I nor my party named on my policy was involved in the accident so take it up with the person/party involved as you told me on the phone that is currently what's happening. No letters no phonecalls messages ect just one email with an invoice attached 2 weeks ago which I replied to to be told I haven't been in contact which I have 3 times now since you have started this "recovery process" and had nothing back
When I spoke to Gemma today she was very understanding and very friendly. From the last person I spoke to I had a very bad experience which left me very upset and in tears. I was scared when I was making the call today because I didn’t want to have the same experience again but when I spoke with Gemma within only 10 seconds of the call I was comfortable, as we were talking I told Gemma about my last experience and she was really understanding and she was apologising for what I went through Even though it wasn’t her fault. Gemma made me feel so much better and reassured me they will help as much as they can. I have never come across anyone who is so polite and friendly without knowing me and it’s over the phone. I’d like to thank Gemma for her help. We definitely more people like her.
