Honestly please read all the other 1 star reviews, they are all correct. Some very similar circumstances to me.Submitted a simple travel insurance claim, that most other companies cover - declined. The simplest of claim. Please just choose someone else.They told me I had to cancel my flight to claim, which I did. They then DECLINED MY CLAIM! So I’m about £400 down, and no flight. They are underwritten by AXA, go have a look at AXA travel insurance reviews. They literally pay no claims out. Avoid.
