I like this company, for several reasons. (1) The price seems good compared with other services I've used in the past - even though I've got several health issues that I need to declare (2) You get to speak to a real person who takes you through the medical questions. (3) If they put you on hold, you're not forced to listen to horrible music.
I paid for travel insurance and never received any documents regarding my insurance. When going on the website it said it didn't recognise my email address for the policy. I couldn't phone them as they were shut. it took the payment from my bank which I have had to dispute. I travel tomorrow so now have to go through the whole process again with another company and hopefully I will get my money back off my bank. 🤞
