Called in to renew our annual European travel insurance. I thought 10 - 15 mins to get this done but IT glitch meant that Southdowns systems couldn't close out my request and quoted me a much higher premium for no changes ! I was promised a call back in a few hours. No call back came. Called in early evening and raised a complaint and was asked what renewal premium I was quoted as they had lost the info and promised a manager would call me back. Manager called back following morning and discussed matter complaint still active but staff member renewed policy at the original premium less adjustments. Simple done badly - not joined up and pricing all over the place !
