Review Time
These must be the worst pair of glasses fit wise I have ever purchased from specsavers. I do not expect them to slide down my nose so that the top of the frame is in my field of vision. The assistant broke the lense, using the wrong tool, whilst attempting to adjust. Without so much as a bye your leave she told me it would be another week before glasses were ready. Returned to the store (twice) where the manager was reluctant to adjust them, saying I do not wear the glasses properly. I’ve only worn glasses for 30+ years. Finally a further adjustment, tried for a week but glasses still slip down. On holiday now, and trying to find a Specsavers store to see what can be done. This on top of a pair of wife’s new glasses delivered with a cracked lens and the other pair not fitting correctly which was sorted after 3rd visit. Should have gone to Specsavers? Maybe not next time.
Once I collected my glasses I noticed that my vision in the right lens was blurred. I was told that I would get used to it. Ok. Does not sound right to me. I still have not got used to it and so have to use my old glasses. Not had this problem before. I’m due to return this Saturday so we will find out what the issue is.
