Rather annoying website to use…

Rather annoying website to use (ironically for a product selling to people with vision problems)They also won’t sell you your contact lenses you want without forcing you to come in to store for another (paid) checkup, so bought the lenses elsewhere who accepted the prescription with no quibbles (and this was an original specsavers prescription)

Lenses changed

I brought some glasses in to have the lenses changed , I was dealt with a lovely lady who was very helpful within a few days my glasses was back very pleased with them .

Didn’t have to wait long to be seen

Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Staff very helpful when I was choosing glasses. Fitting was fab. Pic up was simple and easy. Staff very experienced.
