Specsavers was a very good experience for me from start to finish the staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable! The specs were reasonably priced and I didn’t have to wait long for them to be made and collected.

Disappointed

A bit disappointed as one of my glasses took 5 weeks to arrive. There was a mistake made but I wasn't kept up to date and had to inquire twice about them and still wasn't informed when they had actually arrivedMany thanks for reply BUT I'm not on any social media So that's why I am writing reply at the bottom of my review here

Return to pick up adjusted glasses

My new spectacles appeared to have the wrong prescription in one eye but these were corrected with no extra charge and checked when I went to pick them up. All well thankyou
