The staff need to be trained better…

The staff need to be trained better about how to fit and access glasses. Had to change mine as the staff member who I felt with first didn't check arm fit and so they couldn't be adjusted to fit . Thanks. Been 6 visits now. May go Boots opticians next time.

Brilliant!!!

As a first time prescription glasses wearer, I cannot praise ALL the staff I came into contact with at my local Specsavers highly enough!!! The help and advice I received was second to none. My glasses are fabulous. Highly recommend Specsavers.

What a difference experience from 2…

What a difference experience from 2 years ago it was like a cattle market now it has been extended and loads more space so was much better and easier to choose my glasses and get assistance, so will definitely be back next eye test and new glasses 🤓
