Staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but there were no frames I really liked, had to settle for the second least bad as my preferred choice were too cheap to be in the second pair free offer so would have cost more than two qualifying pairs.
very disappointed with my experience at the chepstow branch last year i had an eye test and new glasses which on arrival were damaged,the manager spotted this and told me new frames would be ordered,and a bit later i had a text to say they were in, being i have had bad year on my review this year i asked if i could have the frames that were in stock from last year to save me another 150 pounds on frames but i was told no i had to pay 325.00 for new glasses and frames,i took my prescription and left a bit later i phoned in to speak to a manager and was told it was not 325 any more it was 348 so i went to another specsavers with my prescription and purchased new glasses and frames but it has left a nasty taste and i wont ever use specsavers again unless i am contacted with an apology for the way i have been treated Graham Walters
