I went to Specsavers to get new glasses. I was looked after my Lacey who was fantastic. She was very professional, understood exactly what I wanted and gave me all options. She was very helpful and wish to congratulate her for her excellent attitude and help.
The branch has moved but service still Top notch, I want to make special mention of Sarah this time, she organised me a next day appointment and arranged to stay open a little later for me to get my specs yesterday. Michelle is the Manager at this store and she runs a well oiled machine! Thank you team for being Phenomenal at what you guys do and how every customer is treated with respect and VIP treatment. @specsavers this should be your flagship store and this team are absolutely phenomenal. Thanks for being Great!
